Our story
From one corner shop to Zambia's ICT cornerstone.
In 1994, Cosmic Computer Supplies Limited opened its doors in Chester House along Cairo Road with a clear purpose: to make world-class technology accessible to Zambian businesses. As the country's first B2C IT retail outlet, we stepped into a market that had little local expertise, limited supply, and growing demand. We met that moment — and we never looked back.
Over the three decades that followed, we grew alongside Zambia's digital transformation. We expanded branch by branch, built trust sector by sector, and earned long-term relationships with the institutions that drive this country forward — banks, government agencies, hospitals, NGOs, universities, and private enterprises.
Today, in 2026, Cosmic enters its most ambitious chapter yet. We have evolved from a hardware supplier into a full-spectrum IT solutions and Managed Services provider — offering end-to-end technology management under one trusted roof. This is not a pivot. It is the natural progression of 30 years of expertise, relationships, and commitment to keeping Zambia's businesses moving forward.
